I recently had a routine medical check up - not because I was unwell but as part of a 'well-woman' screening. I have had no need to visit my doctor for quite some time and she commented that for someone of 'my age' (63) it is most unusual not to have any ongoing medical complaints or be taking regular prescription medicine. I've been taking Avesta collagen for over fifteen years now, my nails and hair are very healthy and grow really fast, my skin has very few wrinkles and I don't need regular pain relief for everyday aches and pains. Could it be the Avesta? or maybe I'm just lucky? no idea..but for the sake of a few pounds a week I shall continue to take it just in case.

I’ve been using Avesta now for many years, I started to use it to try and help ease carpal tunnel and tendinitis. Not only did it help with these but I’ve notice my skin feels better and joints don’t feel painful now that I’m getting older.

I've been taking Avesta for over 15 years and I know had I not used this supplement my mobility and my life would not be as good as it is today 🙃

I began taking Avesta Collagen about 8 years ago and noticed a difference within a few weeks, my nails, and crunchy knees were the first thing. The speed of growth and strength mainly. Until a month ago I took it daily, but when I had to travel for work I forgot to pack my Avesta. It took a couple of weeks of slowly increasing pain and stiffness for me to realise I was in pain again and the only change was not taking my Avesta. I ordered more as soon as I realised and within a week the pain and stiffness subsided again. You may not realise just how much good your daily Avesta is doing you but from now on it's the first thing I pack when travelling. My suggestion is to not test the pain, I've done that for you, instead pack your Avesta wherever you go.
