Hopeful

I started to suffer joint pains, especially my hip and ankle and complained bitterly to my niece, she told me about Avesta so I ordered a months supply. I’m halfway through so not expecting miracles but hoping it will help to relieve the pain, in time. If my hair and nails also benefit then I will be delighted. Watch this space!

Good stuff!

I’ve been taking this regularly for a few years and I know it’s kept my body and skin more youthful than my 74 years. Also initially it help with joints, especially my knees (climbing stairs) and I’m sure it has helped me keep moving relatively easily. Less Back pain too.

It works, it helps

Male, 65, no health major conditions or medication, however... I observe the advancing years - aches, wrinkles, thinning hair, back pain etc. Have been taking the supplement for almost 2 years and the effects weren't instant or dramatic, but after a few months I did notice faster nail growth, thicker hair, quicker recovery after weightlifting and generally reduced back ache. I recently stopped for a while and the effects reversed, especially the back pain. Now happily returning to normal dose levels and enjoying the benefits of looking and feeling slightly younger than reality

Superb product

I’ve been using Avesta now for many years, I started to use it to try and help ease carpal tunnel and tendinitis. Not only did it help with these but I’ve notice my skin feels better and joints don’t feel painful now that I’m getting older.
